Tania Wells. - Naturopath Health and wellness Elina Heights

Meet Tania

My grandparents had orchards, almond trees, vast vegetable gardens and chickens, and they and my parents grew their own vegetables and herbs. I grew up in their kitchens and gardens, learning how food should be grown and prepared for health and happiness.

My education and experience in Natural Therapy is diverse. I have studied numerous modalities, with my journey first beginning in 1992 with Remedial Massage, Bowen Technique, aromatherapy and reflexology. In 2002 I completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Naturopathy, and a Diploma in Homoeopathy.

I avidly seek out and research new studies, and regularly attend seminars, which enable me to draw on a wealth of knowledge and techniques to ensure the best possible outcome for your treatment plan.

I favour a wholistic and preventative approach to health and wellbeing, and seek to find the least invasive measures necessary for symptom improvement or resolution whilst honouring the body’s innate wisdom to heal.

Consultative approach

During your consultation you can expect an individual health assessment to be completed, using an in-depth questionnaire to identify possible underlying causes of health problems. Family history of health, diet, environmental, physiological and psychological factors are all taken into account at the assessment stage.

You may be prescribed nutritional supplements, herbal preparations, and/or homeopathic remedies, and receive an individual diet and life style plan that addresses your individual health concern.

Investigative techniques such as iridology, touch for health kinesiology, facial, nail and tongue analysis are incorporated into your consultation.

Functional pathology testing such as hair and mineral analysis, food intolerance testing, digestive, Candida, genetic profile testing, stool analysis are also available.
